Job Posting - Office Clerk II (Provisional)

The Town of Ogden seeks a qualified candidate for Office Clerk II.  This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm.  This position is a provisional appointment conditional upon taking the next civil service exam for Office Clerk II and must be reachable on the Civil Service eligible list. 

Applicants already holding the permanent civil service title of Office Clerk II and who are eligible for transfer will also be considered.

Description of Duties:

Duties include computer work, answering phones, customer service at the counter, accept and review permits and transcribing and distributing legal and verbatim minutes.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Word with working knowledge of Excel. This position involves working closely with the public.
