Animal Control can be reached at (585) 617-6190
Office Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00 – 4:00 PM Eastern Time.
Animal Control is responsible for improving animal relations with the public and enforcing the local dog control laws. The Town of Ogden Animal Control is certified by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation to handle nuisance wildlife, as well as being equipped with the most modern tools to assist with removal of bats, squirrels, opossums and raccoons.
For wildlife causing damage, we offer Have-A-Heart cage traps for Ogden/Spencerport residents at no charge.
Because rabies is now here in Monroe County, be sure all your animals are vaccinated for rabies and properly identified with NYS Dog License tags. If Animal Control should find your pet, this will allow a swift return.
