Soliciting Licenses
A solicitors license is required for any person within the town jurisdiction acting as peddler, vendor or solicitor.
Application Requirements & Fees:
- copy of driver's license
- name & description of applicant
- address of applicant (local & legal)
- name of firm or company where employed
- address of firm or company
- description of motor vehicle used along with the license number
- brief desciption of nature of business and goods or property to be peddled
- date and length of time desired for license
- Each person applying for a peddling or soliciting license who is not a resident of the Town of Ogden shall, with such application, provide a government issued criminal background check for each such applicant

Note: Some restrictions may apply and license may be revoked by the Town Clerk after notice and hearing for violators of code. If selling at a stationary location, written permission must be obtained from the property owner.
