Swim Instructor
The Town of Ogden Parks and Recreation is looking for motivated, energetic individuals to be Swim teachers for the department’s Learn to Swim Program, beginning in the fall of 2008. The program takes place on Friday evenings for 3 sessions. Winter Session Dates: January 9-March 6, Spring Session Dates: March 20-May 22. Applicants must be available on Friday evenings when school is in session. Requirements: Strong sense of maturity, responsibility and independence, experience working with children, ability to swim, and proficient knowledge of swimming skills and strokes. Red Cross certification in CPR and First Aid preferred, but not required. Program related training provided upon hiring. Must be 15 years of age by September 1st, 2008.
