Who to contact for power outages and other problems
- For any malfunctioning street light please call RG&E at 771-6780
- For any malfunctioning traffic signal on a state road please call NYS traffic Signals at 753-7790
- For any malfunctioning traffic signal on a county road please call Monroe County traffic Signals at 753-7760
*If the traffic signal lights have a green casing they are NYS jurisdiction and if they have a yellow casing they are Monroe County jurisdiction.
Please take notice that in the event there is a power outage, the Town of Ogden has been instructed by the County of Monroe and the State of New York to NOT put up temporary stop signs at intersections which are controlled by stop lights.
