Zoning Board of AppealsThe Town of Ogden Zoning Board of Appeals consists of seven appointed members. The Board meets once a month on the first Thursday of each month and begins promptly at 7:00 p.m. in the Ogden Community Center Meeting Room.
The Zoning Board considers appeals for variances from the zoning ordinance, appeals of the Building Inspector, special permit applications and requests for zoning interpretations.
All
Zoning applications must be received in the Building Department two weeks prior to the scheduled meeting. The Zoning Board Secretary reserves the right to close the submittal deadline earlier than the posted date should the number of applications become excessive.
